Commencement Will Find UT Chattanooga Students Wearing GreenWeaver® Caps and Gowns Made from 100% Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic Bottles.
Fewer plastic bottles will be choking our landfills because, for every UTC student walking at commencement, an average of 25 plastic bottles were used to manufacture their cap and gown. In an effort to increase environmental responsibility, the line of graduation wear - named GreenWeaver® - is made of fabric spun from molten plastic pellets.
We are here to make your commencement ceremony the most beautiful and memorable ceremony experience possible with the finest regalia available to UTC Graduates. Your official UTC Bookstore has everything you need for graduation. Please join us at the UTC Graduation Celebration – Monday, March 25 from 11:00 am – 5:30 pm & Tuesday, March 26 from 11:00 am – 3:30 pm.
If you are unable to stop by the bookstore, you may order it here and have it delivered directly to your home.
